This week I wrote a post for Think Save Retire that chronicled my story about moving from Chicago to Sydney, and how it turned out to be an unlikely great financial decision for me.

I won’t go to much into the details on this one, so you can check out the post here.

 

Sidenote: Need to send money overseas? Check out Transferwise. It’s my go-to cheapest and most convenient way to exchange AUD to USD, and it works for most currencies!
